Garvit Mittal
I build and test AI systems for a living: the evaluation harnesses and LLM-as-judge checks that decide whether an AI is ready for real users. Before that, I worked across finance, operations and analytics, and built the HR onboarding automation for a US university that handles 1,000+ cases a month.
I started Kasauti AI because too many agents are sold on a demo and never measured. I personally review every system before it goes live, and you work directly with the people building yours, from the first workflow review to launch.
My view: why businesses need AI now
Most businesses do not lose time on hard decisions. They lose it on the work around them: copying data between sheets, chasing documents, answering the same customer questions, checking invoices line by line. That work grows with every new customer, so teams end up hiring just to keep up.
AI changes that. An agent can read a message, an invoice or a PDF, work out what it means and take the next step, at any hour, in seconds. Your people get their time back for the judgement calls, the customer relationships and the growth work only they can do, and a small team can run like a much bigger one.
But untested AI is a liability, not a tool. The businesses that win with AI will not be the ones that adopt it first. They will be the ones that adopt it carefully, measure it on real work and keep a person in charge of the risky steps. That is the kind of AI I build.

Do I always need an AI agent?
No. If simple rules can do the job, we build a plain automation and use AI only where judgement or language is needed. Many projects end up as a mix of both, and we will tell you which is cheaper to run.
What kind of work is a good fit?
Repeated work with clear examples of a right answer: replying to customer queries, matching invoices, chasing documents, routing approvals, building weekly reports. If your problem is not a good fit, we will say so on the first call.
How long does it take?
A pilot on one workflow takes 2-3 weeks. Larger builds depend on how many steps and tools are involved, and you get a fixed timeline along with the fixed quote before any work starts.
What does it cost, and are there running costs?
Every project has a fixed price, agreed up front after the free review call. After launch, the only running costs are hosting and AI usage, which we bill at cost with no markup. Ongoing support for monitoring and changes is optional.
Will it make mistakes?
Sometimes, like any person or system. That is why we measure the error rate on your real examples before launch, keep a person in the loop for risky steps, and log every decision so it can be checked.
Is my data safe?
We sign a confidentiality agreement before we see your data. Sensitive fields are masked before any AI call, and access is limited to what the workflow needs.
Do I need a technical team or new software?
No. We connect to the tools you already use, such as Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, email or your CRM, and train your team to work with the result.
Who owns the agent once it is built?
You do. You get the working system, its test cases and handover notes, so you are never locked in to us.
